2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern sales made on the website www.animalcares.fr.
They do not apply to purchases made through third-party marketplaces.
Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
3. PRODUCTS
The products offered are equipment, consumables, and accessories for pets.
Essential characteristics are described on the product sheets.
Photographs are non-contractual.
The Seller reserves the right to modify the offer at any time.
4. AVAILABILITY
Offers are valid while stocks last.
In the event of unavailability after an order, the Seller will inform the customer as soon as possible and may offer a solution.
If the customer does not accept, the order will be cancelled, and the amounts paid will be fully refunded.
5. PRICES
Prices are expressed in euros, including all taxes (TTC).
Delivery costs are specified before order validation.
The Seller may change its prices at any time, but products are invoiced at the rate in force at the time of the order.
6. ORDER
The order is final after payment validation.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in case of:
suspected fraud,
previous non-payment,
abnormal request.
7. PAYMENT
Payment is due immediately upon order.
Transactions are secured via payment providers.
8. DELIVERY
Average preparation time:
a) 2 working days
Average delivery time:
a) France: 2 working days
b) Europe: 3 to 5 working days
These times are indicative.
In accordance with the law, delivery will take place no later than within 30 days.

2. Delivery to Europe:
a) Small parcels: €7.98
b) Medium parcels: €14.98
c) Large parcels: €29.98
Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the customer.
The customer must check the package upon receipt, make detailed reservations on the carrier's delivery note, and send it to us within 24 hours. No reservations will be taken into account if they are not accompanied by detailed reservations on the carrier's delivery note.
9. RETENTION OF TITLE
Products remain the property of CARE S.A.S until full payment.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has a period of 14 calendar days (all calendar days, without exception) to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The request must be made to support before any return.
Return shipping costs and "outbound" delivery costs are borne by the customer.
The product must be returned complete, clean, and in its original packaging.
In accordance with article L221-23 of the Consumer Code, the customer's liability may be engaged in the event of depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the goods.
A deduction proportionate to the loss of value actually observed may be applied, with justification, particularly in the event of a product being returned incomplete, missing accessories, missing internal protections, packaging different from the original, packaging damaged beyond what is necessary for a simple examination, or a product showing traces of use, dirt, odour, or a lack of cleaning.
This deduction does not constitute a penalty but corresponds exclusively to the actual loss of value of the product or the costs necessary for its restoration or reconditioning.
Reimbursement occurs after inspection of the returned product within 21 days.
11. AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Before any SUPPORT request, the customer agrees to perform the recommended checks with assistance.
Assistance includes guided video diagnosis.
12. PRODUCT USE CONDITIONS
The proper functioning of the equipment requires strict adherence to:
• installation instructions,
• regular maintenance,
• the use of appropriate consumables,
• the use of grey, highly clumping sodium bentonite litter, compliant with the product's technical specifications.
Malfunctions, performance losses, or nuisances resulting from non-compliant use, particularly the use of litter not adapted to the required characteristics, are not covered by the commercial warranty, without prejudice to the application of legal guarantees.
13. LEGAL GUARANTEES
The customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects in accordance with the legal provisions in force.
Duration: 2 years from the delivery of the goods.
14. LIABILITY
The Seller cannot be held responsible for:
improper use of the product,
lack of maintenance,
indirect damages.
Liability is limited to the amount of the order.
15. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Some products may be offered as a subscription.
The customer can modify or cancel at any time before the next order is prepared.
Any order already prepared remains due.
16. PERSONAL DATA
Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.
17. FORCE MAJEURE
The Seller cannot be held responsible in the event of an unforeseen event preventing the normal execution of the contract.
18. MEDIATION AND DISPUTES
The customer may have free recourse to a consumer mediator.
In the absence of an amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts according to the legal rules applicable to the consumer.
