2. Purpose

These General Conditions of Sale govern the sales of smart litter, consumables, accessories for cats and dogs, as well as the services offered on the site www.animalcares.fr .


3. Products and Services

Animalcares offers for sale:

  • Products for cats and dogs (consumables, accessories, etc.)

  • Exclusive products: Self-refilling smart litter box and PREMIUM 3-IN-1 BENTONITE CAT LITTER

  • Litter Subscription Service

CARE SAS holds an exclusive contract with LALAHOME , making CARE SAS the only official seller of these products in France.


4. Price

  • Prices in euros, including VAT

  • Delivery to mainland France: €9.99 if you spend less than €59, free for orders over €59

  • Delivery to Europe: €24.99 if you spend less than €89, free for orders over €89


5. Orders

Any order placed on www.animalcares.fr implies acceptance of these T&Cs.
After validation and payment, a confirmation email is sent with the summary.


6. Payment

Payment by credit card via Stripe (secure service provider).
No banking data is recorded by Animalcares.


7. Delivery

Carrier: DPD

  • Metropolitan France : average delivery time 48 working hours , home delivery or relay point ( DPD Predict )

    • Options: reschedule, delivery to a neighbor, store or relay point, real-time tracking

  • Europe : average delivery time 3 to 5 working days


8. Right of withdrawal

Legal period of 14 days from receipt of the product, without justification or penalty.


9. Legal guarantees

  • Legal guarantee of conformity (Art. L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code)

  • Guarantee against hidden defects (Art. 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code)


10. After-Sales Service (SAV)

Before contacting customer service: check the manual, sensors, connections, cleaning, restarting.

Products to be returned with proof of purchase and appropriate protective packaging.


11. Liability

CARE SAS declines all responsibility in the event of misuse of the products.
The customer must follow the instructions for use provided.


12. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (texts, images, logos, videos, graphic charter, etc.) is protected.
Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.


13. Personal data

Use only for order processing.
No transmission to third parties without consent.

CARE SAS is not responsible in the event of force majeure (strike, pandemic, war, natural disaster, supply disruption, etc.).
