RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has a period of 14 calendar days (all calendar days, without exception) to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The request must be made to support before any return.

Return shipping costs and "outbound" delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The product must be returned complete, clean, and in its original packaging.

In accordance with Article L221-23 of the Consumer Code, the customer may be held liable for any depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the goods.

A retention proportionate to the loss of value actually observed may be applied, with justification, particularly in the event of a product returned incomplete, missing accessories, missing internal protections, packaging different from the original, packaging deteriorated beyond what is necessary for simple examination, or a product showing signs of use, dirt, odor, or lack of cleaning.

This retention does not constitute a penalty, but exclusively corresponds to the actual loss of value of the product or the costs necessary for its restoration or repackaging.

Reimbursement will take place after inspection of the returned product within 21 days.
